Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, has signed a 10,652-square-foot long-term lease at CirclePoint Corporate Center in Westminster, which will serve as the company’s Colorado division headquarters, at 11080 Circle Point Rd, Ste 340.

“Landsea Homes has been expanding rapidly since entering the Colorado market last year. We quickly outgrew our existing offices and immediately started looking for space closer to downtown Denver that could accommodate continued growth, provide our employees, clients and partners with a convenient location to work from, as well as be in proximity to our currently selling and coming soon new home communities,” said Lisa Wiebelhaus, Colorado division president, Landsea Homes.

The space is currently in build-out stages, with full move-in expected this fall. The company will occupy an 8,000-square-foot temporary space at the same center in the meantime. At move-in, 21 employees will work out of the office, but the space can accommodate up to 60 employees as the company continues to grow.

Also located within the new office will be an in-house design studio and showroom exclusively for Landsea Homes homebuyers featuring a full kitchen and living room set-up to allow customers to visualize what their home will look like. Homebuyers will receive personalized design services via one-on-one consulting sessions where designers will help with the selection process and provide a comprehensive understanding of the products offered along with the latest trends and styles of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, and more.

Landsea Homes’ notable homes merge design, technology, and sustainability to promote energy savings and a healthy lifestyle. The company has positioned itself as a leader in new-home innovation and technology, committed to sustainable building practices, and conducts a multitude of energy-efficient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly practices that result in a lighter environmental impact, fewer resource consumption and reduced carbon footprint.
