Gastamo Group, the Denver-based restaurant and hospitality development company behind popular concepts like Perdida, Park & Co, Park Burger, and Lady Nomada, is excited to join the Parker community with the opening of Homegrown Tap & Dough. Marking its fifth location and 13th location across the group, the restaurant opens its doors today, February 18, at 19320 Cottonwood Drive, Parker.

Known for its warm, rustic ambiance, hand-tossed pizzas, and local craft beer selection, Homegrown Tap & Dough offers a welcoming setting where families and friends can gather. This new location will highlight a thoughtfully curated vision inspired by elevated ranch living and the heritage of the American West. After nearly three years in development, Homegrown Tap & Dough in Parker represents a complete redevelopment of the space–balancing comfort, tradition, and modern style.

The interior design team was supported by many, including Peter Newlin (chief visionary officer and co-founder) from Gastamo Group.

Anchored by two massive stone fireplaces — one indoors and one on the patio — the space creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, hand-placed stone, cowhide banquettes, and Western accents shape the space to reflect Homegrown Tap & Dough’s unique vision.

The Parker location stands out with more TVs than any other Homegrown location, including three outdoor screens and a massive 150-inch projector for major games and playoff events. The patio’s large fire pit makes it an ideal spot for gathering with friends and family, or larger events like outdoor concerts, private parties, and more.

Designed to be a destination for great food, community, and entertainment, the restaurant includes over 275 seats across indoor, outdoor, and covered patio areas, all with unobstructed views of the Front Range. Between the indoor space, the outdoor patio, and the covered patio, the restaurant has endless options for small or large events.

A standout feature, the interactive play area for children, which includes a roping station for practicing lassoing skills on calf roping dummies and a bocce ball court, will be opened at the start of summer. Additionally, a retro-inspired game room features free arcade games, including a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles machine titled “It’s Pizza Time.” With hand-tossed pizzas, locally sourced ingredients, and Colorado-inspired dishes like the signature “Weekend Warrior,” the restaurant is set to become a new favorite among locals.

For Gastamo Group, expansion is about more than just adding locations; it’s about creating spaces that become integral to the communities they serve. By growing within their home state, Gastamo Group aims to strengthen its ties to Colorado’s unique neighborhoods while fostering connections through exceptional hospitality. Each restaurant is envisioned as a neighborhood gathering spot, offering exceptional food, community-focused dining experiences, and a strong sense of connection for locals.
