Hospitality Real Estate Counselors (HREC) completed its second merger in the past four weeks by absorbing both the O’Connell Hospitality Group in Boston and Warmbrodt Hotel Investments in Kansas City. HREC is headquartered in Greenwood Village and is one of the nation’s largest lodging and gaming real estate advisory firm.
