The WaterWalk Hotel Apartments, at 11400 E. Peakview Ave. near East Arapahoe Road, in Centennial, are now open. The 146-unit property that spans 123,378-square-feet, offers residents extended-stay hotel units that offer the space and comfort of an apartment.
It’s the second WaterWalk to be opened by the Wichita-based WaterWalk company, headed by extended-stay hotel veteran Jack DeBoer, and the first to be franchised. MBC Partners in Newport Beach, Calif. purchased the property earlier this year.
Construction of the Centennial location began last spring. The Law Co. was the general contractor. LK Architecture was the architect. Rose Hill Bank provided the financing.
