Denver has been covered in construction and new developments due to its recent rise in population. Marking it the second fastest growing population in the country! Not only is Denver seeing a boom in population surges, but they are also seeing an increase in international investments. Denver is predicted to see these kinds of increases until 2018, which is when experts predict the market will start slowing down.
