Howell Construction recently completed the new Ent Credit Union service center located at Park Central in Highlands Ranch.
The new 5,300-square-foot steel framed facility is on a 1.23-acre lot and incorporates state-of the-art technology to provide members with added conveniences. In addition to in-lobby and drive-up service, this full-service location also offers Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the drive-up lanes. Howell developed the new branch site as part of the Shea Properties Central Park Retail Center project.
“This was the first of many Ent Credit Union branches Howell will build around the Denver Metro area. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with our new designer-friends at Keys + Lauer Architects, and have established a very positive relationship with them and our mutual client. This has been a fun group to work with!” said Jeremy Kellogg, project manager for Howell Construction.
Established in 1957, Ent has expanded to 14 counties along Colorado’s Front Range and has more than 380,000 members. Howell is Ent’s building partner for multiple new sites in the Denver Metro area.
