Howell Construction has announced the successful completion of the new Concorde Career College campus in Denver.

With more than 17 campuses across eight states, Concorde Career College, a division of Universal Technical Institute focused on healthcare education, plays a major role in preparing the next generation of healthcare and dental professionals for rewarding careers. As demand for healthcare professionals in Colorado continues to grow, Concorde selected Howell Construction to transform a 60,000-square-foot facility into a state-of-the-art clinical training environment that will expand opportunities for students pursuing careers in some of the state’s most in-demand healthcare fields.

At new campus, students will benefit from modern classrooms, cardiovascular technology labs, pharmaceutical skills training areas, dental assisting and dental hygiene simulation suites, respiratory and surgical technology labs, skilled nursing stations, and medical assistant training rooms. Designed to reflect real-world medical environments, these simulation spaces will help students build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their future professions.

“As our fifth healthcare career training facility completed in the past three years, this project reflects Howell’s continued leadership in delivering complex educational and healthcare training environments,” said Todd Berry, vice president at Howell Construction. “We are excited to see the positive impact this campus will have as Concorde expands opportunities for students pursuing careers in healthcare.”

Howell Construction is proud to have partnered with Concorde Career Colleges to deliver a facility that will serve students, educators, and the community for years to come.

Founded in 1935, Howell Construction is Colorado’s high-performance general contractor, trusted with complex, operationally sensitive projects across the Front Range.
