Howell Construction, in conjunction with Lee Architects, recently completed the beautiful One Hope Church renovation project located in Littleton. Howell renovated 28,200 square feet of One Hope Church’s three-story, 42,000-square-foot office building into a place of worship.
The project began with the demolition of most of the interior of the first and second floors. The first floor now accommodates a 500-seat auditorium, spacious lobby, coffee bar, conference rooms, warming kitchen, and new restrooms. The second floor has been converted into three children’s areas with half-height partitions and a sizable open space for youth activities. A new two-story corkscrew slide at the front entry complements the youth-focused components of the new design.
“We are excited to see One Hope Church accomplishing their mission in a new community and maximizing their use of their new facility,” said Andy Stewart, Howell vice president.
