Howell Construction, a locally owned, full-service general contracting firm, recently completed Silicon Valley Bank’s Denver interiors renovation. The 2nd generation space on the 16th floor of the Tabor Center was built on an accelerated timeframe consisting of a 21-week construction schedule.
The project scope included: conference room areas, huddle rooms, open-office work space, training room, break rooms, kitchenette/bar areas, wellness room, and a game room. All these areas were modified with an upgrade of high-end design finishes, including custom millwork, acoustic paneling, specialty ceiling elements, polished concrete floors, Muraflex office fronts and operable partitions.
“We are happy to have partnered with Silicon Valley Bank and providing their employees and clients with a space to live out their core values and mission of building a more innovative world,” said Marcus Pickworth, project manager for Howell Construction.
