HSR Completes 301-Unit Community in Central Park

Elevon, a 301-unit apartment community situated in Denver's Central Park
High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and its JV Partner, PGIM Real Estate, announced today that construction is complete and leasing is underway at Elevon, a 301-unit apartment community situated in Central Park, one of Denver’s most desirable master-planned communities. Located at 3650 Uinta Street, the complex is steps away from the RTD Light Rail Station at Central Park, offering access to downtown Denver and the Denver International Airport. Elevon sits on a three-acre site that provides access to 1,250 acres of open space with ample outdoor opportunities for residents. Finally, its adjacency to Interstate 70, Colorado’s main east-west highway, means residents are less than an hour away from great skiing and hiking.

KTGY designed the building and Martines Palmieri Construction acted as general contractor. Greystar is overseeing leasing and property management for the building.

Leasing is underway and residents have access to a mix of floorplans, including studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes with luxurious design elements, including 10-foot ceilings, private balconies, mountain views from select units, and smart unit technology. Apartment interiors feature wood plank-style flooring, stainless steel energy star appliances and quartz countertops. Bathrooms include tile flooring, tile shower surrounds, and quartz vanities that cohesively provide a hospitality feel.

Community amenities include two distinct courtyards, one of which includes a resort-style pool deck, hot tub, cabanas, loungers, outdoor bar, and grilling area. The second courtyard features a more tranquil theme with green space and contemplative zones. Generous resident amenities include ample reserved garage parking, club-quality second-floor fitness center, on-site co-working, pet spa, bike storage, outdoor paseo, dog park, storage lockers, leasing lobby, ride-share lounge, an expansive third-floor club room, and business center that opens out to the expansive pool courtyard.
