The Denver-based tech company Ibotta Inc. is set to double its office HQ inside Denver’s second-tallest tower at 1801 California St. Construction began July 1, adding another 38,000-square-feet of office space. 1801 California is owned by Brookfield, and represented by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
