Madison Commercial Properties, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Denver, has announced the sale of 6762 Fig Street, Arvada. The vacant light industrial parcel, consisting of 2.10 acres, sold on March 9, for $640,000 or $7.00 per square foot. The parcel part of the well-established Parkway Center Business Park and will be developed into flex space for lease.

seller, Center Land Properties, Inc and Hamilton Brothers Properties, LLC, respectively.
