Industrious to Add Second Denver Location at Cherry Creek Mall

New York-based coworking company Industrious, will open its second Denver location at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center in late 2020. The 25,000-square-foot retail space will feature shared workplaces and private offices with room for approximately 250 members.

“Denver has been a strong market for Industrious; our location in the city’s Central Business District has been at complete occupancy for nearly a year as we continue to see solid demand for our product,” said Justin Stewart, president and co-founder of Industrious. “Cherry Creek Shopping Center is one of the finest centers in the country and it is located within one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods; there’s no question that our members will love working in the space.”

Industrious currently has more than 90 locations in more than 45 U.S. cities. Its Workplace Experience platform, which pairs thoughtfully-designed spaces with hospitality-driven services and amenities, has reshaped the concept of coworking into a scalable solution for companies of all sizes and stages. Since its founding in 2013, Industrious has helped thousands of companies scale their businesses while maintaining the highest NPS scores in the industry.

“The addition of Industrious will give us the ability to bring new companies and customers to the center, while also providing an elevated workspace experience for our existing customers,” said Jeramy Burkinshaw, general manager, Cherry Creek Shopping Center. “Coworking space is in high demand and this is another example of our commitment to continue to transform the center to keep up with ever-changing consumer behavior, tastes and desires.”

The Denver location will mark the third project for Industrious and Taubman Centers, Inc. Industrious has 90 locations across more than 45 U.S. cities. Its existing Denver location is at 1801 California Street, the second-tallest building in both Denver and Colorado.
