A 432-acre site in Louisville, CO owned by Phillips 66, is now under contract to California-based Bancroft Capital — and rumors are, the parcel is one of a few suitable sites in Colorado, for the Amazon headquarters. Located just off Northwest Parkway and U.S. 36, the former StorageTek campus has been mostly vacant for almost a decade.

The mega-retailer has said it is seeking a metro area with at least one million people, decent public transportation, access to outdoor recreation and a culture of inclusion for its 50,000 new employees.
