DENVER — Elevation Capital Partners, a strategic real estate investment, development and asset management company located in Denver recently began construction of a new for-sale condo project in LoHi. Ivy Residences will provide 26 homes in a five-story building located at West 33rd Avenue near Shoshone Street.
Experienced in mixed-use, urban infill, commercial and custom residential projects, Craine Architecture is the architect for the project and Hyder Construction is the general contractor. Studio Zinyo, a boutique Denver interior design firm with a focus on both commercial and residential projects is the interior designer for the project.
According to the project’s site development plan, the residential units will be located on the second through fifth floors. A parking garage will be built on the ground floor. Units will range in size from 470 square feet to 1,240 square feet.
Elevation paid $1.95 million for the 9,100-square-foot site in 2017, according to public records.
The boutique apartments will include amenities such as Luxer One package delivery and storage, space saving tankless water heaters, architectural windows, unique outdoor spaces with every home, available car stackers, storage lockers, custom closets, and home automation, and lower HOAs.
Ivy Residences is scheduled to be finished in late 2019.
