JAG Logistics Center @ DEN, a new 265-acre industrial park being developed immediately south of Denver International Airport (DEN) at the corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora, has added three new tenants in the project’s recently completed Trade 2 building.
JAG Logistics Center @ DEN is privately owned, developed, and managed by JAGreen Development LLC (JAG), which is known for its prominence in the airport-adjacent development niche. The company’s headquarters are also located within the project.
Trade 2 is a 188,000-square-foot warehouse building. It features typical JAG amenities such as cross-dock design, mezzanine level office space, generous onsite trailer parking, and column-free warehouse areas.
General Logistics Systems US, Inc., a logistics/delivery company, leased 25,480 square feet of space, MAI Mechanical, a plumbing and mechanical subtractor, leased 16,390 square feet of space, and TruTeam, a leading installer of insulation and building products for home builders, commercial builders, and homeowners, leased 24,830 square feet in the Trade 2 building.
The park’s first constructed building, Trade 1, also totaling 188,000 square feet, is already 100 percent leased to multiple tenants.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes, and Tyler Smith lead project leasing efforts and represented the landlord in all transactions to date at JAG Logistics Center @ DEN. Michael Petrick of the Fischer Company and Tim D’Angelo of Newmark Knight Frank represented General Logistics Systems and Nick Rice and T.J. Smith represented MAI Mechanical, and TruTeam was represented by Alex Foley of the Swearingen Realty Group in the recent transactions.
“It has been very exciting and rewarding to see all this great activity and quality of tenants coming aboard the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN,” said Tyler Smith. “This project truly presents a special opportunity in the Denver marketplace given the design and quality of this facility, while our steady leasing activity speaks to its efficiency and functionality that tenants remain drawn to.”
“Demand for JAG @ DEN has held strong, and the potential for this uniquely designed and located warehouse remains enormous. The project has already exceeded our expectations, and the entire effort by our JAG Team, including our C&W Partners and the City of Aurora, has been superb,” said Dan Green, CEO/co-managing partner of JAGreen Development LLC.
