John Madden Company Supports New Transportation Solutions for Tenants

Greenwood Village, CO – Commercial developer John Madden Company has expanded its commitment to environmentally friendly practices, offering new transportation solutions for tenants of Palazzo Verdi and Fiddler’s Green Center. In addition to the property’s close proximity to the light rail, John Madden Campus tenants will now have access to two vehicles from Zipcarthe world’s leading car sharing network, and four Dahon Vybe C7A bicycles. This makes the John Madden Campus the first business campus in Denver’s Tech Center to implement a car-sharing program.

“John Madden Company has always been at the forefront of sustainable building practices in Southeast Denver,” said Blair Madden Bui, John Madden Company CEO, “It was a natural extension for us to apply the same environmentally conscious approach that we use in our building development to our offerings for our office tenants and neighbors.”

John Madden tenants now have access to Zipcar at special rates. John Madden Campus will initially be home to two vehicles, a BMW X3 and a Honda CR-V. The Zipcars will have designated parking spots located at Mangia Bevi/Box Office parking lot and the Fiddler’s Green Center Building I for convenient pick-up and return. Prospective members can join the service instantly on Zipcar’s mobile app or online

Implementing innovative and sustainable transportation options is the first of many green initiatives John Madden Company has planned for the near future. In late 2016 to early 2017, electronic car stations will be installed at certain John Madden Company properties, and a partnership with Alpine Waste will offer a composting option to reduce trash waste.
