DENVER – JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE, a Denver-based architecture and interior design firm specializing in hospitality, urban housing and mixed-use projects, has promoted Jovina Amor to Associate Principal, Kay Hiroyo Galligan to Associate and Natalie Goodman to Senior Interior Designer.

JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE has been recognized by National AIA for leading the way in workplace equity. Of the firm’s licensed architects, nearly 70 percent are women.

Jovina Amor has been with the firm for 16 years, focusing on architectural design. Her broad skillset ranges from initial design concepts through design development and construction documentation. She has worked on projects including 24 Walnut Townhomes, Block 32 at RiNo, APEX 5510 and The Douglas. More recently, Amor served as the lead designer for The Garden Court Apartments, an affordable TOD project adjacent to Yale Station for Koelbel and Company, and The Ramble Hotel, a 50-key independent boutique hotel for Gravitas Development Group, currently under construction in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver.

Kay Hiroyo Galligan has served as the project manager on the Magnolia Hotel Denver renovation as well as the conversion of the VQ Hotel into Turntable Studios, the first large-scale micro-apartment project in Denver. Hiroyo Galligan is currently leading the firm’s work on the Doubletree by Hilton at Lincoln Park, a 147-key hotel in downtown Greeley, Colorado, designed to help revitalize the downtown core.

Natalie Goodman’s areas of expertise include space planning, FF&E, design construction documents, detailing, and project management. Leveraging a talent for creating spaces that relate to the region and intended demographics, Natalie is currently working on a number of multifamily and hospitality projects in Colorado and California including the Boulder Hilton Garden Inn, Boulder Embassy Suites, Doubletree by Hilton at Lincoln Park in Greeley, Pierside North and South in Oceanside, California, and Country Club Gardens Renovation.
