Kairoi Residential Brings-on “AliceHome” to Provide White Glove Service to Residents of The Confluence

Kairoi Residential, a premier, vertically integrated, multifamily. investment, development and property management company, recently announced that the firm has partnered with AliceHome, a personal home management service, to provide white glove concierge services to residents of The Confluence apartment building in downtown Denver. The partnership is just the latest example of the extent to which Kairoi will go to provide the very best to residents of their apartment buildings.

The range of services AliceHome is providing to residents of The Confluence includes everything from assisting with move-in details (such as setting up Wi-Fi, arranging for deliveries, setting-up furniture, etc); watering flowers and plants;
dog walking; taking skis and snowboards for tune-ups; laundry; taking out the trash; stocking groceries and mailing packages. The list goes on and provides people with their own version of a personal assistant.
