Kairoi Residential, a premier multifamily investment, development, & property management company headquartered in San Antonio Texas, is proud to announce that residents and employees of its 13 properties in the Denver metro area have collected more than 400 hundred coats for the Dependable Cleaners’ Coat Drive. The annual event was established in 1982 and takes place from October 1 – November 30.
“A big part of Kairoi’s culture is giving back to the community, and we’re very proud to be a major participant in this year’s ‘Coats for Colorado’,” said Adie Morine of Kairoi Residential. “We’ll be encouraging all of our Denver associates and residents to donate coats for the drive. Through these efforts, we hope to achieve a significant number of coat donations, and to help those in need.”
Coats for Colorado is the state’s largest coat drive and possibly the biggest in the United States. Coats for Colorado has provided well over 2 million coats to Colorado citizens, including over 100,000 alone during its 2016 campaign. The coat drive assists more than 120 non-profit health and human service agencies in meeting the needs of their clients and provides winter coats to thousands of individuals and families.
