KEW Realty Corporation, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently acquired an office building at 1095 South Monaco Parkway in Denver, for an undisclosed amount. This strategic investment marks an important milestone in KEW Realty Corporation’s continued expansion in owning, managing, leasing, acquiring, building and renovating commercial properties in the Denver metro area.

The newly acquired office building and production studio is located on South Monaco Parkway adjacent to KEW Realty Corporation’s Wells Fargo Monaco office building. South Monaco Parkway is a great high-traffic alternative to Colorado Boulevard with easy access to Cherry Creek amenities, restaurants, and retail. Originally built as a radio station, KEW acquired the building from BOOJ, a web design company.

1095 offers both closed and open office and multimedia production spaces in the two-story 20,144-square-foot building. The building is fully furnished and currently available for a single user with media production studios, podcast and audio recording studios, conferencing facilities, kitchen and storage spaces. Additional space includes a room ideal for a fitness center complete with shower/locker rooms, a large garage/workshop and outdoor seating area. The high ceilings are accompanied by an abundance of natural light for the open office working spaces, and reception area. This oversized corner lot has fenced-in, covered parking with ample parking spaces.

KEW Realty Corporation’s decision to invest in this office building furthers the company’s commitment to provide local, small business tenants with business and growth opportunities while servicing their expansion needs.

In addition, KEW is currently developing a live-work campus concept at this location by expanding its coworking and flex office operations at 1095 and building townhomes. With the ownership of 1095 and adjacent office building Wells Fargo Monaco, the townhomes will be situated on this live-work campus, strategically positioned to provide convenient access to the coworking space at 1095, office building at Wells Fargo Monaco, and nearby amenities, restaurants plus walking distance to Starbucks, King Soopers, transportation hubs and recreational facilities. This prime location ensures residents, tenants and coworking space members are connected to the best that Denver has to offer while enjoying the serenity of their own, well-designed, private community on the live-work campus. The three-story townhomes
will feature up to 32 units for rent set to begin construction in 2024. This live-work campus will be an unparalleled lifestyle experience and KEW anticipates high-demand for these residences.

The purchase of this building demonstrates KEW Realty Corporation’s strong commitment to long-term growth and its dedication to leasing and managing spaces for local, small business tenants as a local family-owned, small business itself.
