Koelbel Urban Homes (KUH), a division of Koelbel and Company, and Resolute Investments Inc, a local real estate investment firm, have launched the sales of Montmere at Autrey Shores, a new townhome community that will bring to market 94 townhomes across 20 buildings at the shores of Autrey Reservoir, just steps from Flatirons Crossing in Superior. The launch of sales is ideally timed as Boulder County has historically low home inventory available.
“We are very excited to welcome Koelbel and the Montmere development to Superior,” said Mayor of Superior Clint Folsom. “Residents of this new community, will get to enjoy all Superior is known for including a friendly, small town atmosphere, convenient location, miles of trails, multiple parks and numerous fun community events throughout the year.”
Perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder with both waterfront and mountain vistas, Montmere at Autrey Shores will start in the $600k’s and will offer seven unique attached townhome floorplans, all with two- or three-car garages and ample square footage. The postcard-like setting celebrates 596 acres of greenspace in Superior alone; with 27 miles of hiking trails waiting to be explored right off the property. Just a short walk from shopping, dining, and entertainment at Flatirons Crossing and with close proximity to major employment centers like Interlocken, Louisville Tech Center, and Westminster, Superior has become a highly sought-after community.
“We recognize the tremendous potential of this site with its walkability to miles of trails, Flatiron shopping, waterfront access and impeccable scenery, and we are always looking for great local partners” said Carl Koelbel, chief operating officer for Koelbel Urban Homes. “Resolute has a long track record of being a top real estate investment company and we look forward to working with them to create what is sure to become Superior’s next great development.”
Resolute Investments has owned the 7.2-acre parcel of land for over a decade and knew it would offer prime real estate potential in Boulder County’s thriving housing market. They opted to partner with Koelbel and Company – who will handle site development, marketing and vertical construction for the project – because they have a shared mission and vision for the site, and a reputation for being among Colorado’s most trusted family-owned companies.
A ribbon cutting to commemorate the official launch is taking place on Thursday, April 15 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at 2343 Lakeshore Lane in Superior just outside of the sales center. Clint Folsom, the mayor of Superior, and T.J. Sullivan, executive director of Superior Chamber of Commerce will be making remarks. Representatives from Koelbel and Resolute will also be in attendance to celebrate this milestone.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Koelbel and Company on this new community in Superior,” said Kristopher Barnes, executive vice president of Resolute Investments. “Koelbel was attracted to the site early on and we realized there was a great deal of synergy between the two companies. Not only are we both local, family-owned businesses, but we both also roll up our sleeves and get to work. Koelbel and Company will bring a wealth of knowledge to this project.”
