Denver, CO – As of July 1st, 2016, Kumar & Associates, Inc. (K+A) has acquired the assets of Hepworth-Pawlak Geotechnical (HP Geotech). HP Geotech was originally founded in 1993, and has provided quality geotechnical engineering services in a broad range of soil and foundation studies, geologic assessments and construction materials quality control services throughout the Front Range and inter-mountain region of Colorado.
The acquisition combines the strengths of K+A and HP Geotech, by further leveraging K+A’s Statewide coverage and resources and HP Geotech’s local industry expertise to deliver unparalleled geotechnical engineering, construction observation and materials testing, and environmental services to all existing and future clientele. Former employees of HP Geotech and their offices in Glenwood Springs, Parker and Silverthorne now operate under the name of H-P/Kumar.
