Bartell and Company Real Estate, a professional real estate services firm that specializes in navigating the most complex real estate situations, has completed the renovation and revitalization of 274 Union Point, a 41,000-square-foot, 4-story office building located at 274 Union Blvd in Lakewood. Construction was done by Aberdeen Construction and the design was completed by TPS Tenant Planning Services.

The work included an entire remodel of the entry lobby and corridors, including:

Building restrooms have also been remodeled to include:
