Law firm Stinson LLP will relocate its Denver office to a new space at 1144 15th Street, bringing its 18 attorneys and 11 staff members into one space, with plans to open in early September.
“We’ve been looking forward to getting everyone into one office space for some time,” said Deborah Bayles, Denver office managing partner. “We know this will only increase our ability to work collaboratively and provide the greatest level of client service. This space allows us to be more efficient in our use of space while at the same time allowing us room for growth and expansion in the Denver market.”
Stinson’s Denver office opened in the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village in early 2013, a move that strengthened the firm’s established banking and financial services practice. In 2018, the firm expanded with a downtown location at Independence Plaza.
Assisting with the 16-year lease and development of the space at 1144 15th are brokerage firm Cushman Wakefield and real estate firm Hines Global Income Trust. The space is designed by Brian Smuts with Gensler.
In addition to being adaptable and highly efficient, this new 19,150-square-foot space in the class A, LEED certified office tower will feature more natural light with views of the mountains and greater downtown, and is within walking distance to the light rail. Large glass-walled conference rooms will provide greater opportunities for formal and informal interactions with colleagues and clients, while an open, state-of-the-art reception area will foster a greater sense of community.
The building itself also offers a triple height lobby, spacious tenant lounges and a 5,000-square-foot fitness center. Its LEED certification ensures advanced air filtration and purification systems with 10-foot-high ceilings in office spaces and a 10% higher energy efficiency rate than comparable structures.
“As we continue to think about how we want to connect with our clients and to advance innovation in the legal industry, it made sense to not only bring everyone together, but do it in a modern, energizing building that is easily recognizable in the Denver skyline,” said Allison Murdock, Stinson’s deputy managing partner. “We’re right at the center of banking and business in Denver, and we are primed for growth.”
Attorneys in the Denver office are highly experienced in banking, corporate finance, M&A, complex commercial litigation, real estate, securities, government contracting and agribusiness finance. They represent clients doing business in the Rocky Mountain region and across the country, including companies in the banking, oil and gas, energy, health care, real estate, aerospace, construction and telecom industries.
