Greenwood Village-based Leeds West Groups (LWG), a firm that acquires, owns, and manages national automotive repair franchise brands within its portfolio, has launched a greenfield new build program and plans to secure six to eight land plots in the next 120 days throughout Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. The locations are scheduled to break ground in Q4 of 2022 through Q1 of 2023 and will open throughout 2023.
“We are thrilled to launch our greenfield projects and look forward to growing this sector of our business,” said Judd Shader, CEO/founder of Leeds West Groups. “Our team is committed to expanding our national presence with Midas and the Big O Tires brands, not only through acquisitions but by establishing more projects and infilling our markets. It’s exciting to launch forward-thinking endeavors to grow our business in smart, strategic ways.”
LWG has been specializing in running automotive franchise locations since 2009, with years of experience and knowledge in the industry. In fact, LWG is the fastest-growing franchise aftermarket automotive company. Over the last 24 months alone they have completed over 42 different types of acquisitions mixed between existing business buyouts, real estate transactions, and or conversions. Most recently, LWG completed its second purchase of raw land in its portfolio for a Big O Tires location in Taos, New Mexico.
“Greenfield projects will open doors for us and allow our team to move into another level of investment and cast a wider net in ways to support our portfolio. LWG has a proven model of operational excellence and we’re excited to add greenfield builds to our platform,” added Shader.
