LOA Architecture Designs Jefferson County Public School

LOA Architecture, a Denver-based full-service architectural design firm, has provided full. architectural service for the Efficiency and Future Ready renovation at Stober Elementary in Lakewood. This project is now under construction with Golden Triangle Construction as the general contractor and completion targeted for later this month.

The building improvements include a complete renovation of the front entry plaza, a security vestibule, an elevator addition, carpet replacement, lighting, updated HVAC and plumbing systems, new energy efficient windows and kitchen remodel. Stober Elementary is the 19th project that LOA has provided the school district.

The main goal for the school improvements is to raise the building condition’s FCI score, which will create a safer and healthier environment for the elementary school students, staff, and faculty.

GTC serves multiple markets including education, public projects, healthcare, parks and recreation, retail, industrial and office. Today, GTC maintains two office locations along the front range. The firm’s corporate office is in Longmont and a second office is in the Meridian Business Park to better serve the Metro Denver area.
