Since opening in 2018 in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood, Leven Deli Co. has cultivated a loyal following and received scores of accolades for its scratch-made sandwiches and modern, Mediterranean-inspired deli fare.

Now, Leven is expanding with two brand-new concepts: Leven Supply, a restaurant, grocer, gift and wine shop will open in the Wash Park Supply retail center (300 E. Alameda Ave.) on Monday, Jan. 13, 2025. Meanwhile, Leven Downtown will occupy the large ground-level retail space at Patrinely’s Block 162, located in the Central Business District adjacent to the RTD light rail station. Leven Downtown is slated to open in the summer of 2025. The downtown concept will expand Leven’s offerings into a full-service experience with a wider array of lunch and dinner options as well as a full bar and thoughtful wine service curated by Leven owner and sommelier Anthony Lygizos. The creative design plans include an open kitchen and fully grown live trees.

The soon-to-open Leven Supply will feature grab-and-go-style meals alongside a thoughtfully curated selection of high-end grocery goods and an approachable wine selection at ZS Capital and Elkco Properties’ new 20,000-square-foot retail center, Wash Park Supply.

The 2,800-square-foot space, designed in collaboration with Semple Brown, Williams Construction and W West Equipment, offers 40 seats for guests wanting to dine in as well as a patio that will offer outdoor seating when the weather warms. The restaurant incorporates hand-picked Mediterranean-inspired tiles, custom upholstered chairs, earthy rattan pendant lights, live plants and up-cycled materials.

While Supply’s menu will be built on the same scratch baking and high-quality ingredient sourcing that Leven Deli is known for, Supply will have a new menu category: pizza. Supply’s menu also includes made-to-order grilled and cold sandwiches (including ones made with Leven’s signature house-made, dry-aged pastrami); fresh Mediterranean-inspired salads; small plates; and desserts.

Leven Supply’s retail shop will be the perfect spot to grab a bottle of wine and a present on your way to a party or event. Lygizos, an alum of renowned Denver restaurant Potager, is also a sommelier and has curated the shop’s wine selection, focusing on value-driven and approachable picks, most of which are under $25 a bottle. The shop will also highlight Denver-centric high-end grocery goods including local products from brands like Lottie’s Meats & Provisions, Not Bad Cooks sauces, Patterbar energy bars, Sfoglina Denver pasta and 3rd Bird Kombucha, as well as Leven’s own house-made granola, pizza toppings, sauces, sides and more. To enjoy even more of Leven at home, guests can also sign up for Leven’s new monthly culinary subscription box. Facilitated through Table 22, an e-commerce platform specializing in restaurant subscriptions, the boxes showcase deli favorites and retail offerings from Leven Supply.

As at Leven Deli, Supply’s central mission is to take care of its team members, providing front- and back-of-house employees with above-average industry pay, benefits and ample career-development opportunities, as well as “natural working hours,” that allow a high-quality life.

Leven Supply is located in the Wash Park Supply retail center at 300 E. Alameda Ave. and will be open daily for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
