Denver, CO – Confluent Development recently completed the development of four retail projects along the Front Range, including the completion of a MOD Pizza in Fort Collins and three Starbucks locations in Longmont, Broomfield and Colorado Springs.
Confluent Development recently completed a 2,400-square-foot MOD Pizza in Fort Collins, marking the restaurant’s first freestanding location in the state. This is the Confluent Development team’s first MOD Pizza project, with the pizzeria ranked as America’s fastest growing chain restaurant by Technomic in 2016. Confluent Development worked with store owners and local restaurant industry experts Bob Merullo and Kevin Embree to deliver the store located on Shields Blvd just north of Drake Road.
Confluent Development also delivered three 2,200-square-foot Starbucks stores, located in Longmont, Broomfield and Colorado Springs. Each location features an outdoor patio and a drive-thru to enhance the customer experience.
Starbucks’ Longmont store celebrated its grand opening in August. The store relocated from its nearby location, which closed operations this summer. The new cafe provides a larger, updated space with drive-thru access in a prime location. Starbucks’ new Colorado Springs store recently celebrated its grand opening in October.
Confluent Development served most recently as the developer for Starbucks’ newest Broomfield store, which opened in January. The store marks Confluent Development’s fourth project with Starbucks, premier roaster and retailer of specialty coffee.
“We are thrilled to be expanding our relationships with renowned restaurants to bring high-quality offerings to the Front Range,” said Marshall Burton, president and CEO of Confluent Development. “It is an honor to partner with reputable national brands and support their continued growth in Colorado and beyond.”
