Local Plumbing Company Purchase Space at CTC

Avison Young announced that local plumbing company Jim Needham Plumbing will occupy a 3,256-square-foot office/flex condo at Colorado Technology Center (CTC) in Louisville.

Jaimee Keene of Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group in Denver represented the buyer, Denver Cherry Holdings LLC, that purchased the property for $200 per square foot.

“Jim Needham Plumbing is a great fit for CTC in Louisville, which is home to many of Boulder County’s notable businesses. The CTC Louisville location is a great central location with prompt access to Highway 36, and US Highway 287, which will allow Jim Needham Plumbing to respond quickly to area residents and businesses in the north metro area for plumbing needs,” said Keene.

The 1849 Cherry Street office/flex condo features 65 percent office finish, a clean and bright warehouse, plus an additional storage mezzanine.

“The property is a terrific fit with an ideal layout and location,” said Patrick Cosgrove, Denver Cherry Holdings LLC. “Jaimee’s client-centric approach produced an innovative solution that aligned with our business goals and property needs, and was completed effortlessly amid obstacles and a pandemic.”

Keene started prospecting assets for client consideration in October, during the pandemic, and closed on the property purchase within three months.
