Louisiana-based Chicken Fingers Restaurant Breaks Ground in Parker

DENVER– Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers – the Louisiana-based restaurant company known for its ONE LOVE® – quality chicken finger meals – has broken ground on its second Denver-area restaurant, at 18200 Cottonwood Drive in Parker.

When it opens in August, the new restaurant will be the third Raising Cane’s in Colorado and among more than 330 nationwide. The company will be hiring 55-65 new crewmembers for multiple positions in the restaurant in the months ahead.

“We’re extremely excited to finally be entering the Denver market this year, and Parker is the perfect next step in our expansion,” said Area Director Clint Owens. “We can’t wait to start serving up our ONE LOVE and to getting involved with the schools and other organizations that make this such a great place to live, work, eat and play.”
