Lowry Town Center Signs New Healthcare Tenant

Weingarten Realty announced today that OsteoStrong® is leasing 1,500 square feet at Lowry Town Center in Denver. Lowry’s Town Center is anchored by Safeway along with an exciting mix of both local and national tenants.

OsteoStrong’s unique skeletal strengthening program uses their doctor created, cutting-edge Musculoskeletal Development Equipment. The program offers evidence-based, and scientifically proven, results.

Local owners Jori Hayes and Lindsey Oliver are excited to bring health and wellness to the space, and to support the amazing community they’ve been a part of for years.

OsteoStrong Lowry is scheduled to open mid-September, 2020. Bryan Slaughter and Courtney Key, both partners with Sullivan Hayes and Christine Hillman, leasing executive with Weingarten Realty represented the landlord. Wes Stites, principal with Precision Retail and Andy Buettner, vice president with Sullivan Hayes represented the tenant.

Lowry Town Center is conveniently-located between 6th Avenue Parkway and Alameda on Quebec Street, just steps from the historic former Air Force Base. The open-air center provides excellent co-tenancy and many surrounding rooftops.
