Bryan Slaughter and Courtney Key, both partners with Sullivan Hayes and Christine Hillman, leasing executive with Weingarten Realty represented the landlord. Wes Stites, principal with Precision Retail and Andy Buettner, vice president with Sullivan Hayes represented the tenant.
