Situated on 9.89 acres at Belle Drive and Plaza Drive off Lucent Boulevard, adjacent to Colorado’s C-470, the development’s location was chosen for its ease of transit access, unobstructed mountain views and adjacency to the planned Lucent Station light rail stop on the Southwest rail line. The community is located just 15 miles from Downtown Denver and within a half hour drive of the Rocky Mountain foothills.
