Luxury Mixed-Use Community, The Pullman, Now Complete in Union Station
Construction is complete at Greystar’s luxury apartment and retail community The Pullman, located in the heart of Denver’s lively Union Station neighborhood.
Now home to several residents, the 13-story, 168-unit boutique community offers an array of resort-like amenities along with expansive rental apartments, ranging from 819 to 3,784 square feet. Equipped with the latest in-home technology as well as eco-friendly and energy efficient features, The Pullman offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, plus two-story penthouses – all sized to rival single-family homes. Rents start at $2,995. The project architect is The Mulhern Group.
Situated on nearly an acre of land, the community also features 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail, and above- and below-ground structured parking for 212 vehicles.
Anchored by a hotel-style lobby, The Pullman also offers a variety of high-end amenities, including an 8,000-square-foot rooftop pool and spa terrace, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a state-of-the-art fitness room and yoga studio, a billiards lounge with wet bar, a pet spa, bike storage, a demonstration kitchen, members-only club room, and a coffee and tea bar.
The Pullman’s lifestyle team adds to the resort-like atmosphere, coordinating on-site events and activities, and offering a range of convenient services including towel service for the pool and fitness studio, package delivery, wake up calls, weekly shoe-shines and more. Residents also have access to an on-site “concierge” who can help curate third-party experiences and services, and help residents take advantage of everything the property has to offer.
“Our team at The Pullman is dedicated to arranging the best services and experiences so our residents can spend more time enjoying their new home and less time researching or trying to find the things they need,” said Ned Dodington, director of development and design for Greystar. “This is the ideal community for those seeking a custom, cosmopolitan lifestyle in one of Denver’s most iconic neighborhoods.”
