Madison Commercial Properties recently executed a lease at 500 Discovery Parkway in Superior. Youthbar Medspa signed a 5-year lease for Suite 175, consisting of 1,788 square feet of medical office space, for an undisclosed amount.
Jessica Smith, senior CRE advisor with Madison Commercial Properties represented Youthbar Medspa in the transaction, while Kegan McNutt, broker associate with Gibbons-White, and Chris Boston, vice president of Gibbons-White, represented the landlord.
“Youthbar is a well-established medical spa that’s served the Boulder County area for many years. Their previous business location, as well as the founder’s home, was destroyed in the Marshal Fire of December 2021.
