The Madrid-based conglomerate Ferrovial — a leading infrastructure and services operator — may lead the $1.8 billion terminal renovation at DIA, if the City Council approves a partnership contract at tonight’s meeting.
Ferrovial — whose airport operator is leading a team of equity and construction partners in a proposed 34-year arrangement at DIA — develop and operate toll roads and own and operate four U.K. airports.
