Continuum Partners LLC, a Denver-based real estate developer specializing in building urban, mixed-use projects, and Clarion Partners LLC, a global pure-play real estate investment platform with a 40-year history across various real estate strategies, announced today that Workplace Resource, Colorado’s leading innovator of creative interior solutions, will be joining Market Station as an office and retail tenant. Workplace Resource will lease approximately 15,741 square feet of office space on the second level, which they plan to use as a multi-purpose engagement space, and 2,918 square feet on the ground floor for a retail-level showroom.

“Workplace Resource brings one of Denver’s great woman-owned local businesses and two iconic design brands – Herman Miller and Knoll – right into the heart of downtown Denver,” said Peter Fair, senior principal at Continuum Partners. “Basecamp – the ground floor retail component of Market Station – is all about showcasing powerhouse local brands and companies that form the ethos of Denver and Colorado and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have Workplace Resource join the Market Station community.”

For over 30 years, Workplace Resource has worked with clients to create inspirational spaces specific to their company’s values and culture. The company was also honored as one of Denver’s 2023 Best Places to Work in the Large Companies category by the Denver Business Journal.

While the company’s primary headquarters and showroom are located in Central Park, Workplace Resource plans to use the Market Station location as a multipurpose engagement space for events as well as interactions with employees and clients. Key features of the space include valet parking, private elevator access, a private terrace overlooking the Basecamp courtyard and floor-to-ceiling windows providing tons of natural lighting and visual connection to the city at one of Denver’s most active and important intersections. They will also build out a showroom in Basecamp which will be located adjacent to Water Grill and is anticipated to open in Q1 2024.

“We plan to take advantage of the bespoke nature of the facility to provide a space for engagement and inspiration among our employees as well as with clients and partners,” said Carla Dore, president & CEO of Workplace Resource. “It’s incredibly important to us to be downtown where Denver and Colorado’s influencers are so that we can be a part of rebuilding downtown as we enter this next phase of the City’s growth.”

Todd Wheeler and Mike Coppola of Cushman & Wakefield represented Continuum Partners on the office leasing side while Matt Gautreau of Cushman & Wakefield represented Workplace Resource.

“Workplace Resource is a true leader in our business community and has been active in the Denver Metro Chamber and our Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation for many years.  We are so excited about this investment in downtown Denver,” said J. J. Ament, president & CEO of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. “Not only will those looking for creative interior solutions find a beautiful new showroom here, but they’ll also find a top woman-owned firm that’s been recognized as one of Colorado’s Best Places to Work.”
