McGregor Square Hotel On Track to Open Spring 2021

According to Sage Hospitality Group, The Rally Hotel, McGregor Square’s exciting new anchor development, is anticipated to be complete and open to guests Spring 2021. Designed from the ground up to embody both the state’s pioneering past and her brilliant future, The Rally is poised to be  the go-to gathering place next to Coors Field.

The 176-room modern hotel, designed by Stantec, includes 29 suites. From the curated Colorado-inspired mini bars to the large, comfortable cushions and classic textures, rooms at The Rally will be the perfect home base for an adventure in the Mile High City. Sitting at 5,280 feet in elevation, the eighth floor will be known as the Mile High Floor and will feature a collection of rooms with an elevated, dramatic design featuring dark woods and deep purples that reflect the colors of the Rocky Mountains. In addition to the guestrooms, The Rally will have six penthouse residential suites featuring kitchens, residential-sized bathrooms and living areas, private balconies, and direct access to the Bridge-Way Rooftop and Pool Deck.

The hotel will feature a rooftop pool and deck on the Bridge-Way overlooking Coors Field with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, more than 21,000 square feet of flexible event space, three lively food and beverage venues, and the future home of an interactive celebration of the history of the Colorado Rockies franchise. The Rally Hotel takes its name from an age-old baseball superstition – the rally cap – in which fans wear their caps backwards or inside out as a talisman for their team to pull off a come-from-behind victory.

Curated by Denver’s Nine dot Arts, the art collection at The Rally will be inspired by the energy, excitement and history of the LoDo neighborhood. Art that speaks to the moments in history that have forged LoDo into one of Denver’s most famous areas will be featured throughout the hotel, both in public spaces and guest rooms alike.

“The Rally Hotel will undoubtedly be a highly-sought-after destination for guests and locals alike” said Dick Monfort, developer of McGregor Square and The Rally Hotel. “We are excited to be a part of the memories that people make in Denver. From the rooms, to the dining options to the amenities, we cannot wait to open the doors to this beautiful property.”
