McGregor Square Office Space Now Fully Leased

McGregor Square

McGregor Square, Denver’s multi-use development in historic LoDo, is now 100 percent leased. RES Global, the world’ s largest independent renewable energy company, is the final tenant to sign an office lease for the entire 4th floor and part of the 3rd floor, totaling 43,000 square feet.

“We are pleased to announce that McGregor Square has been selected as the new location of our North Americas headquarters,” says John Rohde, CEO of RES in the Americas. “This new space will offer our employees a unique and collaborative work environment, help diversify our hiring and talent pool, offers great public transportation options and sets the foundation from which we will continue to grow.”

McGregor Square’s total office space is 208,335 and includes nine office tenants spanning an array of industries, including energy, hospitality, technology, telecommunications, law, financial services and the non-profit sector.

“During a time when the outlook for commercial space has been relatively uncertain due to challenges created by the pandemic the last few years, McGregor Square has been successful in leasing the entirety of both its office and retail square footage, “says Jordan Deifik, director of leasing at McGregor Square. “It’s a testament to the groundbreaking, exceptional design and amenities of the project, as well as the vision of the development team in bringing it to the Denver Metro area.”

McGregor Square is a dynamic addition to historic LoDo, taking up the entire square block just south of Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies. McGregor Square is comprised of three towers that include The Rally Hotel managed by Sage Hospitality Group, condominiums, office and retail space, fine dining and Milepost Zero — a food hall, all surrounding a 28,000-square-foot content plaza that hosts year-round events including concerts, festivals and an ice-skating rink in the winter. The project is designed by Stantec and Hensel Phelps is the general contractor on the project. Bank of Colorado and UMB Bank provided financing for the project and Kentwood City Properties is the realtor for the condominiums. Tenants include: Bank of Colorado, Tom’s Watch Bar featuring three TopGolf Swing Suites and the AC GoldenTank Room, Tattered Cover, Starbucks, Rock Fitness, Flowers on the Vine, The Rally Hotel, The Original, Carmine’s on McGregor Square, Red Canary, Exclusive Resorts, Cologix, Lewis Roca, The True Life Companies, RES Global, and Slow Food Denver.
