A rare opportunity to engage with developers, real estate brokers, lenders and land-use attorneys resumes November 15 from 3-5 p.m., at the Developer Showcase Series Presented by JLL. This quarterly series offers a unique look behind the curtain of key developers and real estate projects that are actively shaping the region.
The November 15 event will focus on projects such as 3083 Walnut, Bioscience 3 and Clayworks Golden.
“These projects are a critical part of the current development story in the metro Denver area,” said Raymond H. Gonzales, president of Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation (Metro Denver EDC). “The presentations from these developers and engaging panel discussions with audience participants will create a special environment where high-level professionals in the development industry can have candid conversations with other subject matter experts.”
The Fall Developer Showcase will feature presentations by Abby Bartolotta, vice president, health care solutions at JLL, and Taber Sweet, vice president, real estate development at Mortenson. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentations – or during the scheduled happy hour where networking is encouraged.
The Developer Showcase Series Presented by JLL is a Metro Denver EDC event. The organization recently added El Paso County to its service area and now provides regional economic development services to a 10-county region that stretches from Colorado Springs to Ft. Collins and from Golden to Greeley. Metro Denver EDC also introduced an internal Economic Competitiveness team in 2023. This team is led by Chief Economist Meredith Moon and provides a variety of specialized reports including Towards a More Competitive Colorado, Monthly Economic Indicators, Industry Cluster Studies and annual economic profiles.
“The spirit of regionalism is what built the Metro Denver EDC and we’re excited to expand that service area while introducing the new Developer Showcase and our internal Economic Competitiveness team,” reflected Gonzales on these two new initiatives.
