Lee & Associates announced the successful lease of a 14,400 SF space located at 6575 Oakwood Boulevard, Colorado Springs. The site will become the newest location for the Willowbrae Academy, a well-respected early childhood education provider making its debut in the Colorado market.
Sara Thurber and Jeff Hallberg of Lee & Associates Denver represented the tenant, WBCO Colorado Springs LLC, the development group behind Willowbrae’s local expansion. Greg Nevins of Zall Commercial Real Estate and Amy McLaren with Foundry Commercial served as the listing brokers. The transaction marks a significant win for both Willowbrae and the Colorado Springs community, which continues to see a rising demand for high-quality daycare and early learning options.

Trevey Commercial Real Estate announced the lease of 2,000 square feet of prime retail space at Lincoln Meadows Retail III, located at 18260 E. Lincoln Avenue, Parker. The Lifting Studio has signed a long-term lease for Unit 105, with occupancy beginning November 1, 2025.
The Lifting Studio is a husband-and-wife-owned gym focused on personalized training, nutrition, and community. “We help adults build strength, increase energy, and move pain-free with expert coaching and customized programs.”
The tenant was represented by Brady Efting of Compass. The landlord, locally owned DSSM Holdings, LLC, was represented by Tommy Daher and David Marulli of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
With this transaction, Lincoln Meadows Retail III is now fully leased.
6160 S. Wabash Way, Greenwood Village

Trevey Commercial Real Estate also announced the sale of 6160 S. Wabash Way, a 38,742-square-foot building situated on 2.95 acres in the heart of the Denver Tech Center along Interstate 25. The property sold for $6 million on June 17, 2025.
The Seller, Highline Community Church, was represented by Heath Honbarrier and Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The Buyer, JDM Properties, LLC, was represented by Jeremy Reeves of Colliers International.
Formerly operated as a church facility, JDM Properties plans to create a veterinary hospital offering a wide range of services at this key regional location.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors Brokers 6-Unit Multifamily Property in Lakewood for $1.7M

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors announced the sale of 1115 Carr St., Lakewood. The 9,600-square-foot 6-unit property sold for $1.7 million.
Hunter Schaefer, Jack Sherman, Kevin Calame, and Matt Lewallen of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors worked with the seller in this transaction.
