Forum Investment Group has proudly announced the completion of its newly designed headquarters, located in Cherry Creek North at 240 Saint Paul Street. Spanning two floors and encompassing approximately 26,000 square feet of office space and a 2,700-square-foot outdoor terrace, this modern workspace embodies Forum’s dedication to fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and prioritizing employee well-being.

The thoughtfully designed space blends functionality with luxury, featuring both private office suites and open workstations to encourage seamless communication and a sense of community.

Key Features of the New Headquarters Include:

  • Investor Engagement Areas: The third floor includes a dynamic entertainment area with an innovative movable wall system for flexible layouts, a catering kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace designed for hosting.
  • Custom Aesthetic Touches: A dramatic two-story staircase illuminated by a bespoke chandelier, gallery walls showcasing Forum’s development properties, and Colorado-inspired artwork throughout the space.
  • Wellness-Focused Design: A state-of-the-art fitness studio with locker rooms, showers, and access to a spacious outdoor terrace featuring lounge seating, fire pits, and stunning mountain views. A dedicated “Zen Den” provides employees with a tranquil space to recharge, while a “Mother’s Room” supports nursing moms.
  • Employee-Centric Amenities: A fourth-floor lounge with a water vapor fireplace, nitro cold brew and kombucha on tap, a surround-sound entertainment system, and a stocked pantry with gourmet coffee, snacks, and sparkling water options.
  • Stunning Outdoor Spaces: The expansive 2,700-square-foot outdoor terrace features breathtaking mountain views, fire pits, a grill, a communal dining table, and lounge seating—perfectly suited for employee relaxation, team collaboration, and hosting investor events.

The space’s design incorporates Forum’s 10 core cultural traits, with column wraps reinforcing these principles throughout the headquarters. From innovative technology to thoughtful touches like a multifamily “shovel display” commemorating past projects, the new office is a reflection of Forum’s innovative and employee- and investor-centered culture.

Located on one of Cherry Creek North’s most desirable streets, 240 Saint Paul Street is BMC Investment’s six-story commercial project that replaced an existing four-story office building and adjacent parking garage. Designed by Open Studio Architecture, 240 St Paul consists of two stories of underground parking, one level of retail on the first floor, and five stories of office space above. The massing of the building emphasizes the three-story base with the use of masonry and a shift in patterning to create visual movement and break down the building’s scale.
