PARKER — The Grove on Mainstreet, a proposed mixed-use development to be located in the area known as the West End of Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado, will feature curated retailers and restaurants on a spacious public plaza accompanied by a 51-room upscale boutique hotel situated over specialty restaurants and shops. Mainstream Partners LLC. is the developer for the project.
The Grove will be a downtown westside anchor creating a pedestrian-friendly environment that supports the mix of retail and restaurants, seasonal events and a community gathering place including an inviting fire-pit area, envisioned by the Town of Parker’s Master Plan. Public art and streetscape (street trees, lighting and furnishings) will be emphasized as common threads to tie together the downtown’s two distinct districts, the West End and Old Town.
