Two Denver Companies are planning a $250 million mixed use development that is being named The Denver Rock Drill project. The development will be located near 38th and Blake Station along the A line. The development will be 700,000 square feet and used for mixed- use purposes. Which will include office, retail, residential, and hotel space. The Denver Rock Drill project is being brought to us through a combination of efforts from Saunders Development and landowners Byron, Andy, and Brett Weiss. The project is projected to have great success due to its location in Denver’s Cole neighborhood and its proximity to RiNo and the union station.
