A Mobil branded gas station and convenience store located at 2201 8th Ave, Greeley, has sold for $1,017,000. After generating interest from many prospective groups, the property was sold to a local buyer with plans to continue operating the business.
The 2,088-square-foot station, built in 1968, is only a few blocks South of the University of Northern Colorado campus and benefits from the proximity to student housing and new build family apartments. The site is well positioned along one of Greeley’s main retail corridors with great access and benefits from the heavy traffic on highway 85.
