More Apartments in the pipeline for Colorado Springs

Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners aims to start construction on 288 apartment units at The Gateway at InterQuest, and may nearly triple that number depending on how well the initial phase goes. The initial project includes 16, three-story buildings, each with 18 units.
