DENVER — Construction is underway on another for-sale condo project, this time in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood.
Oyster International based in Denver is the developer of the project called Satori, a 24-unit for-sale condo development contained in a five-story building, located at 958 North Lincoln Street. More than 50 museums, galleries, art studios, cafés, parks, nightclubs and restaurants will be within easy reach for residents.
The 977-square-foot two- and one-bedroom open-plan units include covered parking, as well as balconies and a community courtyard.
The main structure has already topped out. Condos will range in price between $420-490K and are expected to be complete Summer 2019.
