Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Welcomes Experienced Land Broker, Wade Fletcher

With over 16 years of experience in the land sales industry, including prominent roles at Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield, Wade brings a wealth of expertise in land transactions, particularly in urban infill, multifamily, and mixed-use development opportunities. His strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and commitment to client service make him an invaluable addition to the Pinnacle team.

Jason will augment Flintco Denver’s senior management group from pursuit through project completion.  

Senior Project Manager Ben Bloch joins Flintco with 13 years of expertise in healthcare and advanced technology construction. Ben’s portfolio includes the Banner University Medical Center Emergency Department Expansion in Arizona and the new Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge. With experience in Integrated Project Delivery methods, Ben approaches each project with a focus on collaboration and value optimization. His civil engineering background and expertise in maintaining operational continuity during complex healthcare renovations prove invaluable for challenging construction projects. Ben’s expertise in advanced technology, life science, and healthcare construction and his proven track record managing large, complex projects complement Flintco’s capabilities in these markets.

Leveraging six years of hands-on construction expertise, Assistant Project Manager Zach Maurer brings valuable experience to Flintco, particularly in the mixed-use and multi-family markets. Drawing from his early trade experience, Zach offers unique insights into jobsite challenges and solutions. His dual background in Construction Management and Architecture enables effective management of complex projects. Through meticulous attention to detail and quality control, Zach strengthens Flintco’s capabilities to serve its clients.

Bringing 27 years of construction expertise, Senior Project Manager Troy Reimers joins Flintco with a Professional Engineering license and DBIA certification. Demonstrating his broad capabilities, Troy’s portfolio includes the Veterans Administration Replacement Medical Center, Leesburg Data Center, and US Federal Court House in Denver. His civil engineering background and extensive experience managing complex federal, healthcare, and technology projects make him ideal for leading Flintco’s challenging endeavors. With proven expertise in value analysis, feasibility studies, and success in delivering projects up to $800M, Troy aligns well with Flintco’s government, healthcare, and mission-critical construction capabilities.

Lee & Associates Denver Hires Broker Sara Thurber, Vice President, as Retail Tenant Advisory Specialist

Lee & Associates announced the hiring of Sara Thurber as vice president. Sara brings a winning combination of extensive economic development knowledge and commercial real estate experience as a retail tenant rep specialist. Sara was previously vice president of economic development at the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership, leading efforts in business attraction and retention across sectors like advanced manufacturing, mobility, aerospace & defense, energy, and corporate & regional headquarters.

Sara’s previous experience also includes her role as a retail strategist and broker at The Retail Strategy in Austin, Texas, where she managed national accounts and developed new business for brands such as Nothing Bundt Cakes, B. Good, Just Love Coffee, Aqua Tots, TruFusion, Panda Express, Shapes Fitness, and Goddard Schools. Earlier in her career, she gained marketing and business development expertise at United Bankshares, Inc. in Washington, D.C.
