Rinker joins GH Phipps with nearly a decade of experience in corporate communications and leadership coaching. Most recently, she served as Executive Communications Lead at DPR Construction, where she played a pivotal role in crafting and scaling strategic messaging across multiple platforms. Prior to that, she was the communications director at GE Johnson Construction Company, overseeing internal and external communications, corporate citizenship, and strategic planning.
A graduate of Auburn University, Rinker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Journalism. Her expertise in executive messaging, workforce engagement, and organizational development will be a driving force in further enhancing GH Phipps’ culture and commitment to excellence.
C-PACE-Colorado Hires Jason Bonanno as Executive Director of Market Development

Jason Bonanno has been named the executive director of market development (EDMD) for the C-PACE Program in Colorado. Jason’s extensive career in commercial real estate (CRE) lending and energy efficiency positions him as an ideal leader for the program. With a proven track record at industry-leading organizations like JPMorgan, Guggenheim Partners, BBVA Compass, and Nuveen Green Capital, Jason brings deep expertise in CRE finance, market development, and deal origination, particularly within the lending community. Notably, he has overseen multi-million-dollar transactions and developed strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand access to capital for energy-efficient initiatives.
In his role as EDMD, Jason will focus on growing the C-PACE pipeline by forging stronger partnerships with property owners, developers, lenders, and other key stakeholders. While serving as Associate Director of Originations for Nuveen Green Capital, Bonanno has originated C-PACE loans in Colorado, helping property owners and developers secure funding for energy-efficient improvements. He has a deep understanding of transaction structuring, underwriting, and project development, making him a valuable resource for lenders seeking to navigate the C-PACE landscape. Additionally, he will prioritize simplifying the transaction process while maintaining compliance with program guidelines, making it easier for lenders and borrowers to close deals efficiently.

Pinkard Construction Welcomes Mike Hager as Senior Project Manager

Lakewood-based CM/GC and design-builder Pinkard Construction announced the hiring of Mike Hager as senior project manager. With 17+ years of experience in commercial construction, Mike brings to Pinkard a deep background as a design-builder, team builder, and collaborator. Describing himself as “a builder at heart,” Mike’s extensive commercial background includes award-winning experience in multi-family, municipal, recreation, office, transit/fleet maintenance, and healthcare.
