Marcus & Millichap Appoints Regional Manager in Denver

Marcus & Millichap announced that Adam Lewis has been appointed as regional manager of the firm’s Denver office.

Prior to this appointment, Lewis served as regional manager Marcus & Millichap’s Portland office. He joined the firm in 2008 as an agent in the Salt Lake City office specializing in office and industrial properties and earned the office’s Rookie of the Year award that year. He relocated to Portland in October 2013 to become the sales manager and was promoted to regional manager in July 2014. He was elected vice president in 2018. Adam also served as national director for the Seniors Housing Division from 2018 to 2020.

“I’m energized by the opportunity to work with the already outstanding agent force in Denver. I look forward to building upon the success and growth that we’ve already achieved in this market as well as expanding on and leveraging our local relationships in the marketplace,” said Lewis.

Adam was born and raised in Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Brigham Young University.

 

TRIO Expands Leadership Team with Luxury Design Media Veteran Holly Scott

TRIO, one of the fastest-growing design and visual merchandising firms in the nation, recently announced the expansion of its leadership team with the addition of Chief Revenue Officer Holly Scott.

Scott offers more than 22 years of executive experience in media, sales and marketing for a range of home design luxury media brands. As chief revenue officer for TRIO, she will be tasked with spearheading the firm’s sales, marketing and external communications efforts.

“Holly’s deep executive leadership experience and stellar track record of bolstering sales revenue will undoubtedly strengthen TRIO’s position in the market,” said Angela Harris, CEO and principal at TRIO. “Over the last year, we’ve made a series of strategic hires to establish a true powerhouse of a C-Suite here at TRIO with the goal of growing our reach while super-serving our clients in both the commercial and model home markets.”

Before joining TRIO, Scott served as vice president and group publisher for Wiesner Media’s Colorado Homes & Lifestyles and Mountain Living brands. Under her direction, the brands undertook a variety of strategic marketing initiatives, audience acquisitions, and industry partnerships that helped to double magazine revenues from 2008 to 2015.

Real Estate Veteran Andrew Glaser joins Elevate Real Estate Services

Elevate Real Estate Services, an independent firm offering comprehensive management solutions with a personal touch and extensive experience in property and asset management, announced this week that industry veteran Andrew Glaser has joined the firm as a senior property manager. Glaser will provide direction and support in commercial office, retail, industrial, office condominium, and flex property management. In addition, he brings expertise in construction management, as well as building acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to working at Elevate, Andrew managed a 700,000-square-foot office portfolio for Rise Commercial Property Services, and an 800,000-square-foot mixed asset portfolio located in the Southeast, CBD, and Lakewood sub-markets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in German Language & Linguistics from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has his Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license and is currently working towards his RPA destination through BOMA. Andrew is tri-lingual, speaking English, Spanish and German fluently.

 

Gensler Promotes Six Individuals in its Denver Office

Becca Faull, LEED AP ID+C, NCIDQ, RID, Jeff Hall, LEED AP BD+C, RA and Ryan Wood were promoted to senior associates.

Faull is an interior designer with over 17 years of experience with a focus on corporate interiors, including professional and financial service firms. She brings a unique perspective to every project. As a natural leader and collaborator, she consistently develops design solutions that are thoughtful, yet efficient for her client’s needs. She is also a sought-after mentor and coach for her coworkers.

Hall was also promoted to sustainability director and has been leading the Denver team in sustainable practices since 2004. With over 20 years of architectural experience, he is responsible for integrating climate, ecology, and building design and delivery methods to achieve high performance buildings. Jeff is known for his foundation of knowledge and mentorship within the firm.

Wood has been with Gensler for nine years. He leads global information technology projects that enhance the technology experience for the firm’s designers and clients. His leadership and dedication are exceptional and proven globally across the firm.

Megan Bateman, LEED AP ID+C, NCIDQ, Sarah Buscarello, RA and Geoffrey Brooksher, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, RA were promoted to associates.

Bateman is an interior designer and design manager whose collaborative leadership style, coupled with her dedication, result in projects that exceed client expectations. She is a Fitwell Ambassador, promoting health and wellness on many projects. Bateman currently serves as Gensler Denver’s community impact leader, spear-heading pro-bono and volunteer efforts. Recent community engagement projects include a redesign for Access Gallery and on-going design services for the Boys and Girls Club.

Buscarello is an architect with a passion for creating spaces that positively affect the experience of end users. She never turns down an opportunity to get involved, whether in the office or the local community. Her work has culminated in premier facilities in the commercial office, workplace, multi-family residential and aviation practice areas.

Brooksher is a seasoned architect with a 30-plus year career designing multiple award-winning projects, from commercial office buildings to education facilities. He was also promoted to Technical Director. Brooksher focuses on bringing technical innovation, performance and excellence to all his projects.
